Quiet background music is the norm; So, you can always find a peaceful corner to chat, relax or read the 'papers, either in the main bar area, in front of our open fire, or in the quiet raised area, by a warming log burner; And, with 13 ever-changing hand-pulls available, you should be able to find something to suit your palette. Look around inside , to see what you're missing.
The Jockey is very dog-friendly (water bowl and treats) and has become popular with local walkers and cyclists, being situated close to the eastern side of the Erewash Valley trail.
